You certainly need one for searching title and closing. I take care of the other paperwork, agreements and negotiations on your behalf.
What percentage of the final home sale goes to the Realtor®?

Typically in this area, 5% of the sale price goes to the two brokerages involved in the sale.
How will you find potential buyers/renters for my property?

I implement my all encompassing marketing program and qualify buyers in advance.
How will you market my home?

My ‘For Sale’ sign on the front lawn is just one of my selling strategies. Your home will be listed on the Multiple Listings System (MLS®); here on my website; and through social media on Instagram and Youtube. I often use drone footage for properties that benefit from a ‘bird’s eye view.’ I also mail Just Listed and Coming Soon cards to target areas—the more eyes that see your property for sale, the better.
