THE RE/MAX DIFFERENCE
A Family of REALTORS®
My family has owned and sold real estate in the area for over 30 years. Sean bought the RE/MAX Quinte brokerage in 1984 and has grown the business to include offices in Belleville, Brighton, Madoc, Picton, Trenton, Tweed and Wellington. My twin Tim McKinney is a top performer and my sister-in-law Debbie McKinney is busy in both Quinte and the County. To say I'm proud of my family of realtors is an understatement!
When you choose RE/MAX Quinte, you have the brokerage on your side, along with all the advantages of a worldwide brand.
RE/MAX is the most recognized real estate brand in Canada. Canada’s 21,000+ RE/MAX agents, part of an unrivaled worldwide network, contribute to that awareness every day. RE/MAX is in over 110 countries and territories, more than any of its competitors shown below.
In an increasingly fragmented real estate market filled with boutique players, RE/MAX ranks as the most trusted brand ahead of runner-ups Royal LePage and Century 21. The majority of Canadians trust RE/MAX for all their residential real estate needs, ranking RE/MAX associates five-times more ‘trusted’ than the second most trusted brand.
It’s personal. Giving back is at the heart of what RE/MAX agents do. Through a long-standing relationship with Children’s Miracle Network and their support of countless other charities, RE/MAX agents show they’re committed to making a difference.
Independantly and as a RE/MAX REALTOR®, I proudly support SickKids; Camp Ooch & Camp Trillium; and Soldier On.
With something as important as a home sale, you want an agent who can grasp the big picture. RE/MAX agents can help to identify problems and prepare solutions that work. This may even bring to light options you never considered.
I am committed to providing the highest possible standard of service to my clients, which means continuous education. By earning my SRES® designation, I have the knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, rightsizing or selling the family home.
